This is just insane

Almost 2 weeks waiting for a transfer from CB. When I asked them about it, they said they'd e-mail me, the e-mail said "Thanks for contacting support, your case has been closed"

Suffered this to a much lesser extent recently.

Things just keep getting worse with them as time goes on for me, but there's not really a better American based CEX I can use.

I've had it for over a year and they still suck. I request to talk to somebody and it takes 20 minutes just for the bot to connect me and by that time I forget about it so they close my support ticket for not answering in under 3 minutes.

Not sure if you have coinbase one but it could be worth getting it just to have dedicated customer support depending on the amount

The scariest part of web3 is the moment I have to interact with a CEX. I'm always worried something will go wrong (technical, regulation) and I'll have no way to resolve it.

They froze my account for more than a month now and can't resolve it. Kraken fixed it within a day...
