Increasing the decentralization of the Ethereum network means increasing the number of 'node operators' on the network.

This means having individuals/groups running a full node with 1+ validators attached to it.

You can either do this solo (w/ 32 ETH), as a group with tech like DVT, or with a pool like Rocket Pool.

Once we get full light client support into the Ethereum protocol, being a node operator from a mobile device does become possible!
