How should the niners have played OT differently? Should they have kicked? Should they have gone for it on 4th? Or did they make the right decisions?

They made the right decision IMO. The Niners should have scored a TD on their possession which would have aligned with what Kyle wanted. They didn't. Then the DC and defense didn't do their part to limit KC to a tie at most. Costly mistakes. Wish Kyle stepped in on defense at 2nd and 14, but it is what it is.
