How should the niners have played OT differently?

Should they have gone for it on 4th?

Or did they make the right decisions?

I don't think there is even a debate here.. Mahomes said they would have went for 2 (would bet that would've been successful). The bottom line here is that the Niners did not have a game plan for overtime, even if Shanahan says they did. They had no idea what they were doing!

I think most will choose to get the ball second and go for two every time now that we’ve seen it play out

Giving Mahomes the second possession in OT with the game on the line was the mistake IMO
