I think layer two on Bitcoin are one of the most interesting things happening in the whole crypto space right now. I would really appreciate a podcast on Bitcoin layer two. It would be interesting to hear about the pros and cons and the different approaches (technical implementation) and the risks associated with it.

Yeah, same here. There’s a massive amount of liquidity there, but is there enough block space and aren’t there smart contract constraints?

The gold standard of Bitcoin L2’s is: do something on L2 => (eventually) something is updated on L1 as a Push. Vanishingly few actually do this, and many will tell you this is impossible. Many of the drive and side chains will instead rely on a bridge mechanism to honour withdrawals on a pull basis.
