Looks like there’s a serious opportunity for more fruit ;-) while the cucumber is essential - I like to add slices of arrange, a strawberry and a sprig of mint ;-). Of course one needs a larger glass for all that - which is why a pint of Pimm’s is an excellent idea ;-)

You are right, bigger glass is needed! I’ve heard that the British prepare it in a pitcher.

What lemonade do you use? I like it with Schweppes ginger ale.

That's right - certainly at home - although I can never find a pitcher big enough :-)  You can also have a Pimms Royale made with champagne instead of lemonade - that's more often seen in a champagne flute.   If you ever get a chance to go to Henley for the Regatta you'll be surrounded by Pimms drinkers - it's a fabulous day out.
