Ha, that's awesome. 
Somewhat related, I discovered this track labelled as a weezer song, which turned out to be a sugar ray song, which sounds like a weezer song, which is what they were going for. 
took me a while to unravel that thread.

I remember someone sharing a track by "Led Zeppelin" called: Otto Von Bismarck and the infamous Cleveland steamer, which was just a bunch of untuned electrical guitars strumming and someone saying "Jimmy you got coke all over the mixing board". I still think about it from time to time

Haha. It really was a time where you could tojan horse art (in addition to viruses) into people's ears. I've heard of people looking for those mislabeled tracks now, but outside of digging up an old hard drive they're likely lost to time.
