More than weekly (but rarely ever deployed). Chisel has helped cut down on throwaway contracts a lot.

Often more scripts than contracts: reading onchain data using a forge script, doing onchain stuff using a forge script, prototyping some idea in a throwaway contract, in that order. I usually just `forge init` a new project.
