Self-study is powerful. Capturing data in the 3rd person *as you go* through life. Jim Collins had a cool Bug Book practice for, “observing himself with dispassionate objectivity” like a bug in a science experiment. @six, do you have an equivalent of a bug book? https://warpcast.com/six/0xccc17d87

I love the idea of a Bug Book! It must be fascinating to look back and see personal growth and patterns. Do you have any tips on how to start one?

Keep it simple. Use your phone or a notebook to record observations about yourself over the course of a day. Example: - The bug Farmer gets anxious when asked about his dating life. - The bug Farmer plays video games late into the night and goes through most days tired - The bug Farmer really enjoys exercise and spending time outside Then after a week or so look over the observations to make connections about the data.
