On your way to the conference is The Ramble hotel, has a cool little coffee lounge in front and a nice place to escape or get some work done

Not Denver specific but I recommend downloading the Best Coffee app, lifesaver while traveling if you care about coffee!

Huckleberry Roasters and Corvus Coffee Roasters are my fav beans, they both have a few locations around and other coffee shops serve them. Fav coffee shop is probably Hudson Hill.
