any time i take a flight and the wifi is excruciatingly slow (which is every time), i secretly wish that the plane manufacturers + airlines will melt down so completely that we need to rebuild our entire airline industry from scratch

Why would you expect a plane to have good wifi? You understand it’s a plane right

I have no context on this but is it really that technically difficult to have reliable Wi-Fi on a plane?

I kinda suspect that it’s mostly a capacity problem, and will be solved in 10-20 years or so
