lots of... -casting -reading (social and a few blogs) -dreaming up new ways to insert airstack into new conversations -refining showing vs. telling messaging -trying to play catch up with devs that shit new features literally every week -digging into analytics to see what's working and what's not

more specifically to your question though, i think airstack and i found each other. they took a big best on decentralized social and identity before i did (and @betashop.eth long before that even) - so it was less convincing that this is a good idea, and more convincing i was a person that could help execute

i think this is what all growth marketers should be doing lol but web2 has deeply ingrained behaviors. there's still cool stuff coming out of the old guard, but broadly speaking its all just extraction games now. thankfully web3 changes incentives so if you're web3 growth head is only worried about web2 metrics, ngmi
