I’ve worked at a crypto recruitment company for 2 months now. The main thing I’m learning is that it’s reeeeallly hard for people with no web3 experience to get in right now. If you’re hiring, are you open to web2 peeps? How would they stand out beyond the obvious (being involved in communities etc)?

I find that smart people can learn new spaces/tech quickly. I mostly aim for "smartest person I can possibly find".
