As we enter a massive bull market, hedging against risk is probably the last thing you're thinking about. But after last cycle losses, I am def thinking about the best ways to trade responsibly. Would love to connect with traders who are using protection this time around

The hard part is most of the screamers that will see 20x returns don't have liquid options markets. Without options all you can do is allocate only as much as you're willing to lose, and before you allocate, choose a realistic number that you *will* sell 50% into stables or an ETH/stable pair.

not entirely true. can borrow btc/eth against your btc/eth positions and sell for stables... not perfect but accomplish some similar things

The screamers are usually illiquid and you can't borrow against them, and I think people need to learn to take chips *off* the table. No lending, no swaps. Completely off.
