The U.S. has long boasted the world’s largest fleet of nuclear power plants, which guarantees Washington’s influence over the International Atomic Energy Agency. 

But China is building more reactors than anyone else at a pace the U.S. cannot even fathom.

Well… the US did build them faster in the 80s… we can fathom the pace

But I agree we need to build more and build them faster and do it now
