You mean anyone without a sense of dignity? Pardons, as far as I’m aware, are reserved for exceptional circumstances to counter potential miscarriages of justice or overly harsh outcomes of a ruling.

This tool should be used for public good and not for your own family’s interest, just because you’re a president.

I'm not a Biden fan, but I think pardoning your family is something anyone would do, if given the chance.
