Recaster has taken more share than Supercast likely because it’s free. 

The built-in Moxie and Degen features are great (AFAIK Supercast has something similar). The notifications seem more relevant (I miss mentions and likes all the time on WC). 

But overall, the UI/UX is still best on WC. I appreciate the tools the alt-clients bring forth but they’d be better suited as mini-apps at this stage imo.

They have a hard challenge of spam filtering, thats the main thing killing other clients imo

WC has set the precedent, mini apps usage in recaster was the first time that paradigm shifted

Pretty soon we will probably see other clients lead in different ways and the best features will propagate across other clients including wc

Dont think these clients should be mini Apps, do think they should have their own for unique features as top of funnel user acquisition

That's cause most clients don't support account creation (yet)

So we're all sharing the same userbase

I just don’t think the network is large enough to warrant multiple clients yet but I agree with you on the longer scale. I’d love to be proven wrong on this as I believe client diversity is critical to long-term network sustainability and growth
