i dont get why we need L3s/appchains

- custom gas token doesn't really make sense, if gas is gonna be abstracted away and so cheap anyways as to be negligible
- isn't base itself becoming super fast/cheap/high throughput anyways? are there really apps out there doing so much activity that base mainnet isn't good enough?

also don't see reason for posting DA to S3 over celestia or smth.

outrageous scale & control are the only 2 factors imo

anything else and the upside is marginal for the headaches it introduces

then that marginal upside is constantly being eaten away by progress anyway
