$200mil leveraged long position opens out of nowhere, trump makes a tweet promoting an executive order to form a crypto reserve (with zero power to actually enable congressional spending), instantly pumps the entire market 10-15% in a single day $200mil long closes, liquidity exits the system permanently, the worst 24hr crash in crypto history then occurs literally the oldest pump and dump scam in the book, except with a presidential level of reach.

I think rugpull has a fairly soft acceptance of a general scam nowadays tbh Nobody really rugs via pulling LP anymore, market has gotten too wise to it. Usually it’s done in a much slower and more methodical way since it allows for far more capital extraction anyway. Don’t really care about the corruption of past administrations, giving I’m only being affected by the active administration at any one time. On top of that, it’s not like there’s a precedent for the actual President deploying rugpull tokens and running clear pump and dump schemes.
