but I think I can get at least 80% as good coffee by making it with my aeropress go that I bought almost 4 years back for $30

next on my list was getting some fancy cups like from acme or fellow and upgrade my grinder

aeropress can be really good but it’s a very different coffee preparation method than espresso 

a more relevant comparison would be pour-over with gooseneck kettles and all that vs. aeropress
