this feels similar to the 'wasted' opportunity that happened within the FWB DAO's discord when it was extremely active in 2021/2022 — i found SO MUCH GOOD STUFF in their channels… food recs in the LA channel, amazing books in the books channel, they even had a skincare channel with a resident derm posting amazing advice 

felt like something that was potentially monetizable or at least ENCOURAGABLE for growth but it was never prioritized

I’ve definitely been thinking of ways to spend more time on my deep dives into product reccos and niche interests, which seem to be well-received so far. I could spend 24/7 on this content, no question. hi-fi, coffee, pepper grinders, water filtration, you name it.

but it usually boils down to some sort of measly monthly subscription that isn’t sustainable given north american living expenses.

I could definitely contribute to a project like this... And I have been thinking of doing something like this too. We should chat.
