I sincerely hope we will see a renewed interest in the CD format over the next few years, similar to vinyl’s resurgence in the 2010s.

CDs possess some of vinyl’s physicality and tactility but marry it with the convenience of digital. and on a technical level, CDs surpass any lossy streaming source like Spotify while exhibiting fewer artifacts (e.g. clicks, pops) vs. vinyl.
