it’s funny because people in the industry complain about crypto apps and their bad UX… but tradfi is so much worse, precisely because it is all centralized and arbitrary. further, none of these AML regs actually prevent money laundering in practice, so it really makes you wonder if they’re just a convenient cudgel to control and surveil how you spend your money.
