of course it’s a tail risk scenario but this wording has been in every 8-K disclosure, it’s part of what they’re required to disclose

The fact that they do shows:
- They are thinking about risk management / regulation
- It is becoming a more tangible tail risk scenario

Both can be true at the same time imo
