I take the under and say the only valid reason should be the first point. Everyone tries to do the second point, most of the time exclusively, while actually entirely ignoring the first point. If you believe "the world will go onchain", then at some point stock/equity in companies should just be done in tokens. Like it's just a more efficient tech stack than today's system.

I totally agree with you. I may just wanted to say that doing the last thing first does not make for a good product.
