both will be true, but more so (b), I expect the cost to be a sufficient deterrent, and also for the Warpcast team to be on top of it when dealing with spam and nerfs

my prediction: yes compared to before, but less than what you get on 🌿 

also, predict storage price will increase due to the uptake

Twitters monthly $50 fee for verified orgs is not a barrier for bad actors, a $5 fee is neither going to stop them
