crypto needs to move past the vaporware memecoin meta. Some of the stuff is cool (e.g. higher brand) but most of it is boring, especially to anyone outside of the degen niche.

most tokenized infra projects are distractions and uninteresting, in the same way non-engineers wouldn't care about the latest hosted auth saas eventually, the crypto products that win will be the products we use to run our lives. Focusing on that future is way more interesting (and prop legal) than chasing the latest ponzi meta.
