I can’t get over how simple yet wonderful artifact’s design is

artifact.news… if you try it I’d say give it a few days of effort, the articles seem random at first but it does a really good job of learning your tastes

When I learned about this my reaction was that it is an AI-driven way to further silo everyone into echo chambers...fair take or no?

Well I think it depends on your views—I wouldn’t characterize it as that, and certainly would argue tiktok and twitter are more in this direction

But play it out over 10 years and sure, I do think that’s a risk of AI-driven content writ large

FWIW I see plenty of stuff I disagree with on artifact, the benefit is more-so that it curates the topics I care about

One interesting (or alarming depending on your views) feature is that you can have it rewrite news headlines if you don’t like them.
