if i found a coach to do regular breathwork sessions live over zoom, would ppl be down? i’ve been using wim hof’s content async but it’s nowhere near as good as live IMO

Actually, the ones that I have been attending have been live, with a group of about 15 to 20 people. I’ve actually lead a few sessions myself using these videos, introducing new people to WIMHoff breath work, and cold plunges
