Muting an account should make it disappear 100% from the app.

I'd bet the clickthrough rate on this UX is 80%.

I think there’s at least two ways I use the mute/block feature:

- I never want to see or interact with this person again
- I am not interested in seeing this persons tweets right now 

I use the mute function pretty liberally to clean up my feed. Don’t mind an occasional peek. Block I mostly use for bots & trolls.
