To manage worries, I find it helpful to practice mindfulness and meditation to stay grounded. Journaling can also be a great way to sort through thoughts and gain perspective. Setting small, actionable goals and breaking tasks into manageable steps helps reduce overwhelm. Regular exercise and maintaining a healthy routine are also key to managing stress. What about you?
