looking for recommendations for... 1. a better keyboard. I use am Apple Magic Keyboard, full size with Numeric Keypad and recently have developed more wrist, hand and forearm pain, looking for anything better suited what is basically a full time desk job 2. good exercises for the same issues. I swim and do some basic free weight stuff + pushups. lots of obvious info online, but any recs from personal experience? do I need to start lifting heaps? how can I make it so I can copy-paste smart contracts and angry-cast in /politics all day long without feeling like I'm getting really old

I switched from an Apple keyboard to a keychron k3 and love it. Transitioning from the flat apple keyboard to a lower profile mechanical one doesn’t take as much commitment to get used to as other more ergonomic options, but was a massive improvement for my wrists.
