I needed those figure 4 stretches and should probably be doing them more regularly. Everything is tighter when I have my right leg across, especially. Thanks Naomi!

thanks for sharing! thats interesting, keeping on top of mobility is so important. i need to do it more myself, and noticing imbalances shows where you might need to focus more! my left side is much more mobile than my right🔥
