It’s been a full week since I’ve consumed any caffeine. After a decade of drinking 2+ coffees a day, I decided on a whim to stop, cold turkey. I was expecting to feel terrible, but surprisingly, my energy levels have held up and I haven’t felt any loss of productivity. Might see how long I can sustain this…

Congrats. I've gone from 5-10 cokes a day years ago now to one mini-can in the morning. Today I've been inspired to try and completely remove all soda which is going to be very hard. Been upping the sparkling water for > 1 yr so far for the carbonated taste with no calories or added junk. Maybe today is the day.

if you still need a boost try matcha (high in l-theanine so sustained and no spike + crash) or add a lil l-theanine to your coffee for a similar result.

Good for you, it's time for a change. I know people that they have been drinking coffee for years and whey they don't drink coffee they start to have a headache.
