That is a great challenge. I've set myself to break my low daily average of 3K. 5k seems realistic. What do you use to track this? I'm currently using Apple Health

Wow, 3k a day? Thatโ€™s great! I was just planning to do a full 5K once a week with normal cardio the rest of the time. I use the Apple fitness app when I remember to wear my watch (which I didnโ€™t today!), although it doesnโ€™t seem very accurate for indoor runs. For example, the time before this I ran 3.1 miles on the treadmill, it said I only ran 2.6 miles. Thatโ€™s a pretty big discrepancy!

I think 3k daily average last year was pretty low! Started the year strong with 13k, but that's just one day ๐Ÿ˜… It's hard to add a new habit like this but like how you phrased it. I know I'll be good after doing 5k no matter what!
