Well, thatโ€™s a wrap! We finished our first tournament of the year with a 2-2 record (a big improvement over our 0-4 showing last year). We faced some of the best pitchers weโ€™ll see all year, but the girls hung in there. Go Firebolts!

Unsurprisingly, itโ€™s gotten easier the longer Iโ€™ve been doing it. I was never a big distance runner, so the first few weeks were a slog as my body adjusted. Now the hardest part is planning a time during the week to run it!
