Week 3 of 5k until $5K, done. 

This week, I slowed down the pace to 8 min/mi for most of the run (ran the last mile at 7:30 min/mi), so I could add a little bit of incline. I’ll be looking to increase the slope over the next few weeks.

Week 4 of 5K until $5K, in the books.

Wasn’t necessarily feeling it today, but trying to stay consistent. 🏃🏻

I feel like mentally I wasn’t in it, which made it way harder physically. But alas, I powered through. Skipped weights though, because I’m dealing with some kind of nerve issue in my shoulder.
