I worked at my parent’s restaurant as a kid, and our produce distributor always delivered tomatoes with some bad ones. I enacted a plan to achieve tomato MEV. I’d keep a tomato box with the bad ones in the freezer, and when the box was filled I’d show the delivery guy to get a free box of tomatoes.
