sybil attacks represent a general constraint on mechanism design across many different types of protocols. even proof of humanity doesn't truly "solve" this when mechanical turks come into play only options to fix this are trustlessness and forms of on-chain (or off-chain?) trust latter still seems unsolved

yes! monolithic sybil resistance approaches, or hard coded sybil definitions aren't resilient enough. need verifiable compute systems which can operate on many types of reputation graphs (and contexts)
