yelling at yourself for not being aroused by a task doesn't help you perform

no amount of "well I really want to be into this and in theory I should be" will create the conditions needed to get the thing to work

only if you do narrowcast, otherwise, it shows to anyone that has you on their feed

Adding one detail to the other replies, all casts are public & any Farcaster app can see it & do what they want with it. There’s no ‘rule’ that limits who or where that cast goes after you hit send. There are only norms.
