Upgraded to the new whoop 5 More because my whoop 4 buckle was loose and I was planning to extend another year anyway Mostly no new features I care about except supposedly 14 day battery life It’s kinda premium mediocre but I’m low-grade addicted to useless fitness and sleep feedback to let me know I’m unfit and sleep poorly. It’s quantitative self-flagellation.
