Walnuts contain high amounts of omega-3 fatty acids. Almonds, Macadamia nuts, Hazelnuts and pecans etc Also appear to be quite heart healthy. Incorporating nuts into your diet may help lower your cardiovascular disease risk. Just a small handful of 🥜🥜1.5 oz is ok Ensure to take it daily
