Did a reverse sear, about 30 min at 250°, rest 10 min, then straight to the cast iron, rest 10 min.

Cool, I’ve never tried that technique.  Looks like a fantastic result!

Do you let it rest again after you sear, or straight to the plate?

Oh yeah, I do it like this fairly often, always does a good job.
