But yes, the US has the developers lead and most likely they are going to get the business lead in this bull market.

For sure, all signs point to the US strengthening its foothold in our industry. 

Imo the most notable absente in the list is the UAE. Worked with so many companies in Dubai during agency life, and haven't seen too much to write home about since.

UAE has money folks, but very little dev talent.

UAE supports flashy personalities. Devs are not flashy.
