Mosaic of Thoughts echoes a lot of my sentiments in this piece. If you're somebody with an artistic pursuit from before genAI, I think you'll feel the same way too. Summarising and repurposing content with AI seems to be the inevitable next step of how content is derived, and we sort of face an uphill battle with retaining what makes a lot of this art human. I had a similar conversation about AI x music just yesterday, and I think all creative pursuits are kind of under threat.
