Some people who don't own a PS5 might consider waiting for the Pro version. However, with such a significant price difference between the Standard and Pro versions and the fact that there are still so few games that fully showcase the PS5's power, it doesn't make much sense to me. If I didn't own a console, I would wait for the release of GTA 6 and get one then. Instead of investing so much time and money into a game like Concord, I wish they'd focus on utilizing their existing IPs.
