When do you decide you are far along enough to post a Before and After pics?

Take some along the way and see how you feel.

I find it helpful to have some goal or milestone in mind. Could be a cycle, race, weight/fat% or something else.

Last I did before and after pics was for the F45 challenge, which was great motivation and helped me get really lean.
