Thoughts on Deno’s push to get Oracle’s trademark of JavaScript cancelled? https://x.com/deno_land/status/1876728474666217739?s=46

i'm grateful Deno is taking a stand on behalf of devs. Oracle has been issuing C&D's to companies with JS in the name already

As far as I know (and I don’t know much), Oracle isn’t even actively using or promoting JavaScript. So I’m not sure how long their trademark claim can stay valid.
