it's surprisingly hard to get rid of bad actors in small communities the best thing you can do is build a community with a good immune system that notices when vibes are off and doesn't let those people fully in

and even if you notice something is off, its very -EV to do something for a single individual -- you just end up looking like a crazy person unless you have hard proof (which is rare)
