some thoughts on building a network of higher-aligned tokens

still wrapping my brain around it, BUT

- if you have a new coin, let's say $FASTER, launching with $HIGHER pair, starts small like $30k in $HIGHER and $30k in $FASTER
- as it grows, more $HIGHER is put in the pool, and $FASTER goes up, meaning there is more value in the pool
- if someone wants to buy or sell $HIGHER there are now more pools that store value? 

could be wrong, i guess having an additional $FASTER/ETH pool would be valuable here

not the burn people wanted but the "burn" people needed

how is it improving liquidity for higher?

strongly disagree (respectfully ofc)

this is overcomplicating things way too far with little to no longterm reward

you essentially would be incentivizing/conditioning members to dump on others. and simultaneously would be detaching the network mechanism we are trying so hard to foster (ie. get skin in the game, contribute over a long time horizon, bring in more of the same, keep winning together) 

look at what happened w $aether or $lum. essentially vampire attacks on returning value back to the main vertical 

on a longer time frame those can return some mindshare/value, but making a bunch of random memecoins about casual insider memes feels incredibly wasteful

I don't think the goal of this would be to create Higher-related memes or sub brands (people could do that, but they can already do that and they choose not to)

Instead it would be to allow Higher-aligned / sibling brands to leverage Higher to grow

This needs to happen. I’m down to experiment. We need a way of formally aligning communities.

I like this, have been thinking along similar terms. Would need some sort of "graduation" mechanism so that higher tokens don't get wasted as liquidity on low-quality coins. Maybe we start by limiting launches to holders of 100k $higher?

What currently existing tokens do you consider to be Higher's "philosophical siblings"?

I like this idea, especially supporting token launchers with smaller audiences but higher-aligned goals for their tokens. 

I'd appreciate being connected to something like this for a chance to learn and understand how to use this tech to make a difference for some cause.
